Warranty

All tubes (except for "sweep tubes" and collectable rare tubes) and their manufacturer's specifications are guaranteed for 100 days, except for breakage, open filaments, or when operated outside the parameters given on the manufacturer's data sheet.

Sweep tubes are guaranteed for 15 days, except for breakage, open filaments, or when operated outside the country of manufacture.

All non-tubes electronic items are warranted for 30 days.

Please test your purchases upon receipt, and inform us of their quality.

If any items fail to work properly within the warranty period, we will either send a refund or replace the items free of charge.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if merchandise is returned after a 15 day period and where there is no evidence of product failure.

We don't sell used tubes. We sell only new tubes or NOS (new - old stock), except collectable rare tubes.

We do not provide closely match pairs for audio amplifier tubes. The return policy for audio amplifier tubes is special. For further information please contact us by E-mail.
